Dharma Discovery (Older Kids)
The group for the older kids (currently ages 9-12) is named “Dharma Discovery.” With this group we begin using meditation as a means to self and world discovery. The goal is to open up their appreciation for Buddhist practice and to realize the gift we share here at the zen center of having the freedom to ask questions and investigate our life and world, without having beliefs imposed upon us. We explore the teachings that inform our practice with an open mind. For more details click here.
Little Buddhas (Younger Kids)
The younger kids group is nicknamed “Little Buddhas.” The age range is 3-8. Check out our schedule.
